Beeswax candles must be one of nature's most perfect 'inventions'. Not only do they emit a soft honey scent, have a smokeless golden flame, the longest burn time of all wax, but they purify the air as they burn.
Burning 100% pure beeswax candles cleanses the air by emitting negative ions which attach to the positively charged ions that are holding dust, pollen, mold and other contaminants airborne. This attachment weights the positive ions and allows the contaminants to fall to the floor. It is kind of like nature's vacuum cleaner!
There are many benefits to burning 100% pure beeswax over other types of wax. The candles burn clean and fill the room with the naturally sweet aroma of honey. The warm glow of the flame is relaxing and will burn 5 times longer than other types of wax or wax combinations.
For a candle to be legally labeled pure beeswax, it only has to be 51% beeswax. The remaining 49% can be paraffin or any other type of material or wax. Our candles are 100% pure beeswax, and we use 100% cotton lead free wicks.
